Donald Steed, a founder of the Indianapolis Draft Project, describes his impressions of Indianapolis in 1969 in this letter to his parents. Steed was involved in anti-Vietnam War protests and draft resistance. This letter was part of his file at the IPD and may have been written as an open letter.
