"A Crisis of the Spirit" Baccalaureate Service Message

Mayor Lugar uses the occasion of a baccalaureate service at Indiana University South Bend to address the role of moralitiy in politics and public life in general and the Watergate scandal in particular. He states that all men, including political leaders, must exercise humility and recognize that they are sinners before God if they hope to be redeemed.
